Where is this ro2 map? I have never seen a ro2 map in my documents.

Red Orchestra was running fine until I reinstalled the game. Now I'm getting this message when I try to start the game. It just goes black and it pops up. Any suggestions?

Can you please take a minute to let us know what is being done to repair this.

This problem has been fixed in last week's patch. Let us know if you still get the random crash. Keep in mind that there are still a few rarer and more elusive crashes which would also give you the same "ROGame has stopped responding" error, but the random crashing should be greatly reduced if not eliminated. As always, giving us your dump files will help us hammer out the last remaining stability issues.

i cant play RO2 anymore, i am getting this error every time,already posted some dump files and logs but with every new patch i cant play on certain maps and the count goes on and on,let me explain:
-BETA: i can play all maps with some really weird crashes nothing to worry
-last beta patch:cant play RedOctoberFactory crash every time
-release of RO2:cant play RedoctoberFactory or PavlovsHouse without a crash
-first patch:still cant play the maps mentioned plus -20 fps
-getting less fps with every new patch
-last patch cant play RedOctoberFactory,PavlovsHouse,Barracks,ComissarsHouse,Station but got 10 fps back

i think all this crashes (atleast for me) might be related to sound,heres why,wen i set my sound to 32 channels and high its going to crash no matter what my video settings are,but wen i set audio channels to 8 (it suckz) and high with ultra-high video settings the game runs good only get some weird random crashes,but the sound quality its horrible in 8 chan audio,plus i notice that since release my fps dont go more than 66 fps (no VSYNC) but during the first days of beta i was getting 70-90 fps,i am going to quit RO2 till all this get sorted out, i have hopes on this game and you guys in TWI i know you guys are working a lot to make this the epic game its going to be,but for now its just unplayable for me and playing with 8 audio chan setting its frustrating,but ill wait, i have hopes on you guys,i know you will fix it.

btw i updated all drivers sound,graphics,etc.

AMDs phenom ll x6 @ 3.2 (black edition)
4GBs DDR3 RAM
GTX 460 1024 video mem
Win 7 32 bit (going to get the 64 bit this week,i hope this solve my issues).

Once again,

This is really the solution,

Right click on your steam icon right under on your taskbar.
Click library and the right click on ro2, proporties, tab - local files and
then click verify intregity.

And go to my documents, my games and then delete the whole ro2 map.

Succes !!

Sounds like you could be running out of memory. What are your texture settings set to? Also make sure you do not force MSAA or texture settings through your driver. Closing open browsers such as firefox or chrome will help too as they can take up a lot of memory as well.

EDIT: Re-installed my ATI drivers. That seemed to be the problem. Works fine now.

I've tried all those "fixes" and still have same problem as you and most people.

Seems like I crash after 1 and a half rounds on average. Set dump files, waiting patiently...

So feel just a little better knowing you're not the only one with this problem..
