Roboquad- Anyone here have one?

Hey guys,

I've always had a fascination with robots, and after hearing about the Roboquad and its features, I will be getting one pretty soon. I'll also be modding it out a bit with a German WWII theme. I'm thinking of giving it a three color tan/brown/green camouflage, iron cross, and a German helmet to boot. Maybe also modding the chasis (body) to give it more of a box like shape. Ideally, I'd like to install a small airsoft cannon as well, but I would not know where to begin. I'll be posting some shots of the concept soon once I'm doing in Photoshop.

On another note, does anyone know where to find an all black Roboquad? Everywhere I look, it's either silver/black or red/black neon/grey, etc.

Maybe you can stick one of those remote controlled "rocket launchers" for the beurau on the back ? But with camo and a german helmet it whould be awesomesauce.

Well, I saw an interview with the creator of this toy and apparently, he made it so this thing is pretty hackable overall. Maybe I'll program Deutschland Erwache and have it salute

Nah, it doesn't do anything particularly constructive aside from "sensing" its environment and walking around and such. I heard that the robot's behavior and movement can be programmed, but I'd have to get into the manual for that.

Anyways, it's just a toy for entertainment more or less. Maybe in addition to modifying it according to my German WWII scheme, I'll attach a beer holster on the back with refills.

Roboquad sucks. it dont have railgunz or autocannons. i still looking for one that has jump jets and a rocket launcher. such a crap toy....
