Killing Floor had an option for servers to be VAC secured or not for the server operator to set. I would imagine KF2 will have something similar. Even more important though, why are you still buying games on a VAC banned account? Make another account, stop cheating and buy all your online games there.

Keep the account, buy online enabled games on a new account so you can actually play them online. But whatever. VAC doesn't typically make mistakes, theres only one time a mass VAC banning was reversed and that was because Garry Newman can't code.

hey im just saying im not looking to cheat on killing floor 2 so if they could make an anti cheat it would allow paying customers to play and actually stop cheaters you know what i mean i got almost 100 games on this acc im not looking to rebuy all of that just because of one ban

I highly doubt KF2 will have the VAC ban "terminated" kick that RO2 has since it's a cooperative game. RO2 is a competitive game with 64 players at a time, so a single hacker was able to ruin the game for up to 63 players all at once and empty really popular servers. This won't be nearly as serious an issue with KF2.

Also something occurs to me, if this is a new game, couldn't you make a new account to buy this game?
If this is against Steam policy someone definitely needs to correct me on that.

It's not. They even recommend you use a new account if your current one gets a VAC ban:
https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=4044-QDHJ-5691&l=english

"Steam Support will not release your CD Key(s) to be used on other accounts. Do not register retail products or purchase new Steam subscriptions on a VAC banned account.
If you choose to purchase a new copy of the game, please register it or install it under a newly-created Steam account."
