At this point unless you guys (being people who are still asking for keys) have your own set of assets to import, you're probably not going to get much done. In this current state it is still fairly limited in what can be accomplished without your own materials and statics
If you're just doing simplistic BSP brushwork and terrain work, you may as well just work out of the UDK until the public RO2 editor is fully functional. For those just looking to check it out, you're not going to see much that you havn't already seen in the UDK or Unreal Editor 3 so you're not missing much.
From the sounds of it the public release is probably only a few days away so asking for keys now is sort of "late to the party."
