Nvidia doesn't recommend RO2: Heroes of Stalingrad in 3d. Any chance this will get addressed down the road after release?
There are a lot of visual effects that go into RO2 (optics, lighting, suppression effect) that really would make 3D look crapp(ier)
I've seen many games do good with 3D, but they tend to be RTS games or games with simple cartoony graphics. Realistic games like Crysis tend to show a lot of graphical artifacts.
So Nvidia probably doesn't want to get people's hopes up.
Hey I will be very happy with that, if its true. I just replaced my GTS 250 with 6850is there 3D support for Red Orchestra, maybe Tripwire are with AMD and not Nvidia
No reason not to have 3d optimisation
Hey I will be very happy with that, if its true. I just replaced my GTS 250 with 6850No srsly, I am tired of this "Nvidia, its meant to be played" in every game. Its just trolling AMD users

They must have just up'd it to Poor, from Not Recommended.
Only if developer time is free. It's not. It's actually a very, very valuable resource.
TW is (wisely) not going to spend potentially significant amounts of time on something that will only benefit a very small percentage of users.

The question is of course how much time it would take.
