RO2 RO2 new tank speed

The new tank(s) on the new map seems to be bugged at the moment, what happens is that when I spawn in the tank is stuck in 1st gear and moved 5km/h. I can be on flat ground, ascending or descending and it will still be stuck for no reason. After about 15-30 seconds (randomly) it will finally allow me to move beyond first gear to full speed.

If I change my position from driver to gunner, then back to driver the tank will again be stuck in first gear for a period of time.

Still happens even as a gunner and trying to give orders to move forwards. Only experienced this on the new map in the new german tank, if anybody else has experienced then post away.

Because you're using the incremental throttle. You have to get back to this forum (The Bug Report) index, then scroll down, and you'll have your answer, someone else already asked about that, and I answered it. Will not elaborate more in this topic.

I have also read elsewhere that this is occurring with non - incrememntal throttles.

How full was the server? We had a report like this before but I - so far - wasn't able to reproduce the issue. It might be connected with to a full and slow server.

server was packed. 64 people.

Happens on full 48 player servers as well. Haven't actually had it happen to me for a while. But its happened with the T-70, T-34 and panzer III. So it will probably happen with the panzer IV as well.

Though I definitely recall it happening on Arad-2 with bots as the server wasn't anywhere near full.

But yeah the tank will just fail to change gears. Incremental throttle off. Spamming the directional buttons can sometimes fix it. Getting rammed from behind fixes it. Though that's only happened once lol. Stuck crawling at 10kph in a T-70 when a T-34 going downhill full speed slams into the back of me he didn't see me as he just came over the ridge. My tank then worked normally.

But yeah its kinda like being stuck in gear when your engine is damaged and your drivers dead.

I - so far - wasn't able to reproduce this by myself, which makes me think this is a sever issue. Packed servers with slow connections.
Will keep an eye on it. If it happens to anyone else please let me know if the server was full when it happened. Thanks.
