RO2 RO2 Cut --> Uncut? (Option reset when changing)

Hello my fellow colleagues in this forum,

I've got a problem with my german version of RO2. I've brought it on Steam and it should be uncut normally if I'm right. I've read that laws in germany had changed and you should be enabled to make the game uncensored now in terms of gore and violence. I've got some other german RO2 players in my friendlist and they do not face this problem. So the problem shouldn't be my location.

When I try to change the gore level to "full" in the settings it's automatically reset to "No Gore" when I've left the settings and go take a look at the settings again.

I've already tried to reinstallt the game in english. So whats the problem exactly and is their a solution?
