RO1 maps you would like to recover for RO2?

I'd like Danzig to die first. It was terrible in the mod. It was terrible in Ost. It's still terrible today.

Now, Red God of War, Jucha, and Moscow Highway would be good remakes that sadly never made the jump from the mod to Ost.

Danzig is already in RO2 and it is a better version than the old one.

I like to see one of the large tankbattle maps.


And i liked leningrad very much.

But i played everything and there are enough map ideas to play on.

BTW: Konigsplatz was 1:1 scale. Any reworking would be about moving the obstacles around.

Black Day for sure! But we need more tanks for total appreciation of that map. Hopefully all in good time.

I'd also love to see Leningrad make a return.

Really any map that has very focused fights. I like big diverse maps as much as the next guy, but I'd like to see more maps where the assault is focused on one objective at a time. There can be as many objectives as the mapper wants, but I want more epic struggles just to take a single objective.

Zhitomir1941, Kaukasus, Leningrad, Konigsplatz, Stalingradkessel, Bocklin, Krasnyioktobr. That convoluted map with a trainstation and a factory (featuring a covered bridge spanning two buildings, much like in GrainElevator), but I always forget its name.

I did enjoy Odessa, but I am not sure it would work out in RO2.

All we need is the SDK and the BDJ type map to be made
and that famous BDJ type tanking conflagration will happen again

As for armor/combined arms maps, there were plenty of actions along the Chir River that would make a nice Stalingrad-linked background for converting some of the popular armored maps.

for RO2 as we had in ROost.
