RO mare nostrom error loading

when i load mare up it starts then it gives me this error through steam library:

Build RedOrchestra_Build_[2005-11-27_10.48]

OS: Windows NT 6.0 (Build: 6000)
CPU: GenuineIntel PentiumPro-class processor @ 3000 MHz with 1023MB RAM
Video: No Video

General protection fault!

The other error is: when i start it through the desktop short cut that steam installed:

(\steamapps\common\red orchestra\System\RedOrchestra)
check the settings are the same as this:

[Engine.Engine]
RenderDevice=D3D9Drv.D3D9RenderDevice
;RenderDevice=D3DDrv.D3DRenderDevice
;RenderDevice=Engine.NullRenderDevice
;RenderDevice=OpenGLDrv.OpenGLRenderDevice
;RenderDevice=PixoDrv.PixoRenderDevice

Do the same in MareNostrum.ini
