Well after six and a half months heres my first addition to RO mapping
I was/am a total noob at Unreal Ed but bumbled my way through to create a story map, and a Game type not seen often
Basically Axis and Allied Spawn close to each other for a minute (the brutal first minute)
then based on Objectives and skill, either everyone dies, or some manage to escape and embarrass the Axis
The only true objective is to either escape or prevent the escapers.
the objectives are needed to open portals for escapers to "make it"
Axis cannot camp at portals, but can take objectives nearby to discourage escapers.
the central 4 objectives are the "no mans land"
the perimeter four objectives are prisoner heaven,nirvana (or near vana if they dont quite make it)
the Map is limited Combined Arms, with very rough terrain, and skilled driving will be needed.
Two Axis Officers will be needed to co-ordinate the wide area
I have reworked the Kaukasus map almost completly from the ground up (part of the learning!)
whilst the look is the same, there is lots...lots going on underneath the look
any issues or problems im on steam and at rogefangene@hotmail
I am releasing as close to Armistice Day as i could, Out of respect for the lives lost in past, present and future wars.
I appreciate the map is still a bit rough in the detail texturing etc,
I will be away for a week next monday so i thought the community could playtest for me and i will return and tidy the baby up.
