Perhaps you should try to find some japanese coders and map makers to help you with the your mod project, at the very least you will need japanese speaking voice actors. The Real War mod was created by japanese coders if I am not mistaken perhaps they can help you.

perhaps i could offer some advice. By all means get a webadmin but getting on the forum and saying "if you guys want to see this mod" you are going about it the wrong way. First of all come up with a design doc with a timeline and what you hope to put in content wise....get our interest etc. Secondly tell anyone you hope to recruit what your skill sets are (note thinking up the idea doesn't count here I'm afraid, again not being nasty but most people will tell you to get lost). Try posting on some sites such as moddb but be warned most people are moving onto next gen engines and will quiz you on how u hope to get the foliage required for the pacific into the UE2.5 ...

like i said this is not meant as an insult i'm purely giving my 2 cents from past experience.

Concept art is always good for getting people on board but bad stuff will drive people away. I can probs put you in touch with a couple of artists who could help but for web design I can't really think of anyone who isn't already swamped.

pointless......

pointless......

this is pointless im sorry to say, but it seems people are moving on to the "NEWER" games that have better engines. I would help out as a modeller but i just dont see any point in this. "Sorry for my negative attitude."

if you think your biggest problem is to get a website going without even having people on board to create content, then you definitly approach things the wrong way tbh.

Maybe the UE 2.5 is not an ideal engine to create a good jungle environment, I don't know ?
