Rising Strom 2 for Linux

Hello, I am a huge fan of this franchise, I and my brother both have switched to Linux so RO2 isn't available for us. I am wondering if Rising Storm 2 will have an Linux version??? If the answer is yes, then I will be buying this title.

Sorry if this has already been asked but I couldn't find any info on this topic.

Yeah, though I thought windows 7 was good, challenged myself to exclusively try out Linux (Elementary OS) for a week -> fell in love and never switched back. My favourite games support Linux, except for 2 games, Rising Storm and DayZ SA. I don't play GTA, BF etc, I'm a mostly strategy games, I play TW Attila, EU4, Wargame etc. all of which are Linux supported . There are games that can replace other games that offer similar UX, like Verdun for example.

Then Windows 10 came out and my conviction that I made the most sane choice became clearer .

That doesn't mean that Linux don't have it's downsides, for example only ~25% games on steam support Linux (though this number is growing).

Well anyways I hope for an Linux version, would remove one of those 2 games from my bucked list of game that where left behind on Windows. DayZ will probably be ported to Linux after release.

I don't think it will ever be linux compatible honestly. But hey, linux is my fav though! If you're looking for more great games, give KSP a try lol. Runs excellent on Ubuntu IMO.
