Change the default PB config PB_SV_ExtChar to 1

PB_SV_ExtChar [0/1]
The default setting of 0 tells PunkBuster to disallow extended ASCII Characters in player names; for the purposes of this command, characters that cannot be easily entered with simple keystrokes are considered extended

Otherwise I won't be playing on your server. :/

He can't change his nick, Steam/HoS only allows you to use the name you bought the game with, even if you change it in the .ini it won't stay changed.

You can change your profile name in Steam, that's what the game uses. All my clan members changed their names to include 10-78 in front of it.

For kicks I looked through the ini files and couldn't find a place to set this, so even if we wanted to, I have no idea where I would.

But I think I'll live without.

Just change your username. Its alot easier to do than getting all of the server admins to fiddle with their Punkbuster code.
