So my worst nightmare just came true. I believe the cause of the multiplayer error that my map is having is because I did not read the FIRST RULE OF THE STATIC MESH CLUB

yes I will admit, I dragged and I dropped and I am not proud of it. So other than manually replacing somewhere around 4000 ROStaticMeshObstacle
Is there a quicker way to simply exchange the obstacle for a Static Mesh Actor of the same design?

If not, then what can remain an Obstacle and what must be changed.

is there a hard number to the amount of ROStaticMeshObstacles you can have on a map?

Should I just burn my computer and take up knitting instead?

Any other "fixes" or ideas anyone might have?

Thanks

OK I see that I can choose all ROStaticMeshObstacles with like material and then replace them with a selected actor from the content browser. Maybe this won't be as bad as I thought. Unless someone has a much better idea?

I think this is the best way to do.

Right click your obstacle, select => select matching (this class) this will select all matching meshes.
Then go to content browser, make sure you fully load this static meshe you wanted in first place. Right click again on one of your obstacles (with all other still selected too) and then go to Replace => Add Static Meshe YourMesheNameBlabla
