Ok, that probably is the reason.

I did notice one thing earlier when running it on a dedicated server. One player was redeemed during wave one. He then died again during wave one. Then he did not respawn once the wave was completed.

Is that how its supposed to work? You can be respawned one time only during a wave, even if the wave just ended and trader opens?

Actually your not respawned at all when your redeemed. The redemption will only work ONCE during the game and once only. I'm not sure why it didn't respawn him in the next wave, I will look into this.

Ahh so it is on purpose... I wanted to report that only one player had been redeemed and others just died normal way without this "joker card", but now I understand that it is only for first looser
