Removing the ''old-filmish'' filter when specating?

i dont know if thats the right sub-forum, if not i am sorry.
well, my question is in the thread name. is there any way to remove the grainish looking filter when spectating? its annoying and ugly imho and i want to get rid of it. it sometimes dissapears, i dont know if thats a bug or not, but then the game gets kinda shiny and clearer and looks better idk. and are there any configs or something to make the game look overall better or so?

I like it, because it's only there if you die as a player, which makes the film grain fit very well with the general theme of the game. For spectators, however film grain's removed. best of both worlds imho

If you want HYPAR EICH DEE SPECK TATER GRAFFICKS you're just gonna have to go spectator.

why does it turn off sometimes? ever happened to any of you guys? if you look closely, the game gets a nice graphical effect kinda, then it looks actually better then the graphics when you are playing. dont know how to explain because lack of english skills
