Removing free aim from the place where you died?

I've set the server to first person specatate only but when you die, you can vieuw from first person perspective from where you died. Giving you exactly the opportunity to see where your killer was and where he's going. Is there a way to remove this :eek:? Because now the lock 1st person mode is just as bad as the freeroam :X.
