removed and reinstalled KF, content missing?

I'm not exactly sure what it was because I never actually tried it, but on my game list I definitely had 2 Killing Floor entries. I had the bug and fixed the game by removing and reinstalling it. But now the 2nd thing's missing, I'm assuming it was some sort of mod, but how do I get it back?
