RELEASE: 32 slot spawn limit mutator

Hello all!

I think this will be mostly interesting for clanmembers.
You all probably know that servers with different number of slots have different number of reinforcements, so it's very possible that one of the sides runs out of the reinforcements when there's still 5-10 minutes to play, if the game is being played on a server with <24 slots. Usually servers with more slots are more expensive.

With this mutator, you can save your money now. Walker from [CM] has made a mutator that keeps the number of reinforcements constantly on the 32 slot level, and it doesn't matter, wether one plays on 16 or 50 slot server - reinforcements will be always perfect for CW rounds.

is it possible to make another mutator for loadouts btw.

So when you play a clanmatch on a 50 player server beside reinf being back to the normal 32 that the weaponloadouts become like 32 aswell ^^?

I was talking about it with walker just this morning, he said that he will have a try (or at least that's what I've understand )

-dfn- will appreciate this mutator, we had problems on our server to get 32 player reinf, but can only keep 20 player slots, because provider want to avoid over 20 players being in the server
