fact thread only shows 2011.

How ever 1C company states that it is Q3 2011

Hmm they stated Q2 a while a go.

While twi stated that they will run a public beta in 2010 and I doubt that that will run for 3 quarters. So my guess is still february or march.

I don't think so gametrailers.com know better than TWI or 1C. If they wanna start beta tests this year, the open stage won't take longer than 2-3 months imo, so it gonna be Q1-Q2 of 2011.
