works perfect now, this defiantly helped, but found out that this service THAT IS PAID for has a bandwidth cap on downloads
so to conclude, the code you gave me above HELPED with speed but, all in all my redirect service just sucks, thanks for all the help guys! maybe I will try that link that mellnik offered, maybe it will be better!!

I wish I wasn't so broke else I could donate something, but the future is unsure, just scraping by enough for my internet JUST to play I do my best to not upload junk muts to it.... and a good donate will be shortly coming since appernlty this service that leet servers wants you to pay for suck ( I cant belive they let ppl pay 7.99 a month for this redirect, they have been no help at all, they actually told me to google my problems with the redirect.....) if they didn't offer this for free to me I would have lost my S&^t on them. I think I will just forget trying to do this myself and keep on yours skillz, you truly do have "skillz"Thanks again to everyone here, I couldn't have figured this out with out you guys!

What I meant wasn't the free public redirect I host, but giving you your own private redirect with it's own login/password where you can upload only the files you want and delete whatever you don't want. I offer this for $2 per month.
I might take you up on that offer, but in the mean time this is what ive done. setup a new site that was free, all I need is some feedback on ppl's download speed ect. here is the ip for the 420 Domain (107.6.128.6), if anyone has free time check it out switch up map and gametype mods and lmk how its working, maps, muts, downloads ect or anything missing.
