Red Orchestra Servers Showing More Than Max Players?

I thought Tripwire fixed this bug, but it just happened on my Red Orchestra, does this still happen to everyone else? Do I need to reinstall my game?

Ah, now I understand, on the third-party server side and not the master server side. I do hope these servers update soon, I know a lot of people who I told to buy Red Orchestra, and turned it down because of this glitch.
