According to this, RO:OST has a Linux port registered in Steam CDR. There are almost no doubts it's true, but i want to ask for official comment on this if possible. Also: will it be native?

Killing Floor is also listed, but avoid off-topic, discuss it here. Thanks!

Well, i wouldn't hold my breath for it... considering that it even has not been released for OS-X yet, as promised 2 years ago :/.

Well... the irony. Steam for Linux is something quite a lot of people (including myself) had been waiting desperately for over 6 years. Now it is almost there... Ostfront is not supported anymore and more or less dead. Sad story.

As for Heroes: while it is possible to release games for OS-X within the UDK since last year now, the current Heroes built seems to run on a previous built (2010 or something) and as one of the devs stated previously: would be too much of a hassle to port the entire game/ classes/ etc. to a newer built of the UDK, right now. As for UDK and Linux: afaik, theres no possibility to export games to Linux, yet. Probably in the future.

Only TWI game i could imagine seeing it's birth on Steam for Linux would be Killing Floor, as it seems to be quite alive and still could be worth the effort, financially.

If such a release would include Ostfront on both Linux and OS-X (...FINALLY!), /linuX/gitano would be a happy TWI fanboy, again! :D
