Well, some death moans can be heard when you are in slow death mode, but most of them were heard in the beta when you would kill someone and then he would be twitching on the ground yelling in pain. These death moans are missing.

After playing this game since its release, I've finally heard one of the death moans in MP (from a dead Russian teamate). I gotta say it was pretty realistic, besides the fact that I was somehow able to hear it clearly in the middle of a rocket barrage. 
sound effects (mainly voices) are pritty fed up right now. you cant even hear bullets passing by half the time let alone death moans. it must be pritty low on their list of prioritys too so dont expect anything soon.
