Depending on the map and number of players (full or not) I play on different servers.
Never been kicked for a demo blast.

Must be relaxed people I play with, or very very uptight people you play with...

You can,
open up the console with ~
then type:
open gamemode-mapname

You might need to specify the player count, or else you might not spawn. I'm not sure.
