Infernal Nightmare Difficulty is harder than HOE. Here are the HOE modifiers:
ZEDs spawn much faster
ZEDs move faster
Alpha ZEDs can catch you on fire
Fleshpound has an Alpha class that is stronger
Alpha zed spawns are increased by 50%
All players slowly lose health over time (Disabled by default)
Starting dosh is reduced
Dosh gain is reduced
Respawn dosh has been reduced
Death will take away more dosh than HOE
Husks will suicide at a higher health value
Pat, and Hans can now move in all phases when using minigun/grenades
Self damage is much more unforgiving
Scrakes will now sprint when spawned

I have a public server anyone can join:

However, I have a separate private server and looking for:
1. players with 100% KF2 Achievements (exception new map Krampus Lair achievements)
2. players skilled and serious about the game
3. players with good teamwork and communication
4. players who love a challenge

Infernal Nightmare is very hard, but is a breathe of fresh air for anyone who thinks HOE is too easy.

Servers are based in New York, USA. Private games are hosted randomly at night EST.
