Without knowing any more information than I do, I will problem prefer playing on the Realism servers just because of the other players that might be there... or should I say the players that may be on the Relaxed Realism servers.

I will most likely minimize any extra HUD info anyways even if I play on the Relaxed server. But would it really matter if most of it is hidden anyways but available with the pressing of a key?

As far as thinking other players may have an unfair advantage with their HUD choices, I could really care less. If they feel it gives them an advantage over me, whatever

I prefer realism. That means I don't want to see rare weapons such as the Mkb42 that were never present in Stalingrad. I don't want to see UAVs, radar or other screen cluttering amenities.

This. Realism only for me.

If I can "handicap" myself by disabling the extra HUD stuff and "converting" relaxed realism mode to realism mode for me, I will consider playing on relaxed realism servers. I guess it will make it more of a challenge to play against those with the extra HUD stuff.

Since this is my first RO game that I'll be playing, I might play a few rounds of TDM on Relaxed Realism to get an idea of the gameplay. Once I'm settled in though, Territory on Realism all the way.

I'll be playing both as I think relaxed realism will be a good way to ease my mates into the game who might otherwise jump ship. Especially my mates who pretty much only play FPS games when other friends are playing. I never played the original as by the time I found out about it servers were empty here in Australia.

As for when I'm on my lonesome I'll be playing realism I expect. This is the game I've been day dreaming about since the late 90s.
