rapid-fire mouse-click?

Hi,
is there a program or a setting in Windows XP that allows me to make my (left) mouse click continously while I hold it down (preferrably in a way that is easily disableable (what a word, lol))? Kind of like the "turbo" function in some 3rd party console controllers. I don't need it to be fast. I don't want to gain an unfair advantage in a game. All I need is a way to have the mouse click continously without having to actually click it. Two or even one click(s) per second would be enough.

Whew, I downloaded two of those now and both very pretty advanced stuff. You have to make your own scripts and then they automate all sorts of things. If possible I would prefer to not have to write my my own program.
