Ranks and Experience

[Hell Awaits]

Is there going to be a Rank systems, or experience points, and will there upgrades to weapons and such, or will it be cookie cutter guy running around?
Has anyone played Heroes & Generals? I really love the way they do their rank systems; they use real army ranks! Just asking.

I honestly hate the unlock and rank system, and it barely benefits you. And i also hate having to unlock weapons in games, i pay for the full game, just gimme the weapon i want to use already!
