After opening the server is always displayed
FHttpDownload::Tick: Timeout processing request

Players can see the server but can not enter the server

Did you try temporarily disabling your firewall?

Is there maybe some ISP side firewall blocking incoming connections and preventing game server hosting. I have heard of these.
