Set it to 3.

Fps went from 40-90 (55 average) to 65-90 (80 average) on 5770HD x2. (catalyst 11.9 winxp32)

Note that i only tried it with the other tweaks & not by itself. (Alternate frame rendering, sound quality on low etc etc).

Settings: med high ultra low high. rest is high but foliage(lowest) & occlusion(lowest). lightshaft & one thread frame checked, rest unchecked.

serious? I set it to 3 and it was sooo ugly the textures weren't even there they were just a blur... I set it to -3 and got SUPER crisp textures way better than you can get just by messing with the in game sliders and I seem to have gotten an increase in FPS because it made my cards work harder I guess since I have crossfire.

Yeah i'm guessing it varies with other settings or something.
-3 had close to no effect for me, graphic or fps wise, while +3 boost the framerate without changing graphics.

Kind of looking forward the upcoming amd CAP with the RO2 profile, might improve it even further.
