They only thing I can add is wait until there is a release date and even then maybe wait until you try the game before buying anything. You may find out that what you thought was a weak component is actually OK and can spend your money upgrading that. Also, prices will always be going down so why upgrade for something that isn't out yet. There is no such thing as future proofing in PCs.

I was also thinking about upgrading my graphic card in previous year since VAT was rised in this year but afterall, I'll wait until at leas beta of ROHoS
