The KF2 Digital Deluxe Edition upgrade includes:
Additional characters & cosmetic items, Killing Floor 2 Soundtrack, Killing Floor 2 Digital Artbook.

Can anyone advise to what the additional character and cosmetic items are included in this DLC package?
