[Game] Question about CoD4 on Steam

How about opening the games tab right click on the CoD4 multiplayer icon select properties and create shortcut.

Does it have a folder in \steamapps\common?
If it does, look for iw3mp.exe and create a shortcut for it on your desktop.
You'll need to do it that way as the multiplayer and singleplayer are separate executables. Steam will have just the one executable in the games menu right?
I did what DCode suggested, works well. In my steam games list, it only shows Cod4, while you have to right click on it and select "Launch CoD4 Multiplyaer" It used to have 2 separate Icons... but whatever, its fixed now.
