Pz. II made by Russian pensioner

You can watch video (it's in Russian, but you will get the idea ). In few words: this guy,who lives in one of villages in Siberia, made the tank using materials from scrapyard, it has engine from UAZ, tracks from tractor and a few metal plates.
He also has 4 Soviet tanks, 1 Japanese, some AT guns, mortars and one armoured vehicle in his collection.

I bet a few russians of the past generation were pretty afraid to see a panzer rolling down the street!
