I have purchased many items from the store and none of them have shown up now a friend has bought the same items at the same time and he has gotten his purchases so this needs to be fixed now

We have been working with our partners to investigate a purchase issues that some Xbox users are experiencing. A possible cause has been found and a fix is in the works. We currently believe once the fix is deployed the items will appear in the players inventory on next load. We thank you for your detailed reports and patience.
