Console Purchased keys, but not receiving them

I’m on the Xbox Series X and had 2 crates I wanted to open, a series 2 weapon crate and series 6 cosmetic crate, I purchased 2 keys through the Xbox store and haven’t received them, I’ve tried dashboarding and restarting the game, but still have not received them. I’ve had issues like this in the past as well
