As far as we are currently aware it will not involve a game update.

I'd also like to add, that this is a reoccurring problem, this is not the first time we have encountered this problem on Xbox, Yoshiru.

I suggest what ever has caused the problem, is the same reason when you last fixed it early this year. I'd mention it is something since the new Xbox update that has broken the profile saving.

This proves how much we are cared about lol. 1 email or update a day, at a random time. It's like they are messaging xbox support

We are being told a tentative fix has been pushed by Microsoft. We are awaiting community feedback to see if it is working. It may take a few hours to fully rollout through the XBox ecosystem.
