Sadly no new information to report at this time. We are still awaiting feedback from Microsoft on this issue. I'll be updating at least once a day with the current status, or unless new information is made available.
I miss playing Killing Floor 2 . Please be more considerate of us , Xbox players! We love you more ;) :(

As an added annoyance no achievements are unlocking as well. i finally beat a lvl on HOE and nothing...

Keep us posted. Hopefully we will get a fix soon. In my opinion game is far from done. Still love the events etc.

Can I just check the current fix will resolve the dailies and dosh not working too? Or is it just the XP?

Hello I am currently having this issue as well, it has been happening for about 2-3 days my progression keeps resetting to what it was before I played the match. I’ve tried reinstalling and it’s still not working, hopefully this bug is resolved soon seeing as you’ve delt with this in the past. I’ve been playing killing floor for a while and it would be a shame to stop playing now, it would be deeply disappointing if this isn’t fixed.

Update, we've heard back from our partners at Microsoft, but sadly they won;'t be able to provide us with any actionable information til Tuesday at the earlier is the message we currently have.
I bought this game for two friends literally the day this began and they haven’t been able to level past 0 on any perks. No achievements are obtainable, including completion of dailies and weeklies. Complete lack of incentive to play at all.

this is because of holiday on Monday .

Tripwire, we love your game, but we would like to see compensation when it's fixed after waiting so long, theres a lot we could have progressed in this time

I do understand how rough your guys line of work is tho, and I'm personally like many others are willing to work with you and be paitient for a solution, but some small compensation will bring a ton of players back after waiting so long

I purchased this game a few days ago and have played around 7hrs on and off and my character has the same problem as mentioned in this main topic
After every game all my stuff is back to 0 and no perks saved or money etc..

Im on a xbox one and have full open nat along with a fast fibre broadband connection so i know all this is fine

will this problem be solved soon as its all ready starting to bug me now And stopping me from enjoying the game to its full potential

I also had my friend purchase the game and he has the same issue 😑

Also looking on the microsoft site they claim this fault to be at the game makers end not theirs as i followed the link on their page to here after reading the help files on the microsoft soft support site

So any news on this fix would be great cheers
