For the area "The Gulf" the game tells me, that I have collected 10/10 of the numberplates. However the numberplate outside and to the left the cave (lookin on the map) still shows up in the game (I also checked a couple of other licensplates but they seem to not be displaying).
I have no idea what causes this and I have not tried "collecting" the numberplate "again" - just in case
