Just downloaded the latest patch and am still having trophy issues.
Initially, a plate in bayou wouldn't register as found, so I couldn’t get Dominating the Bayou, queen of ocean and Garbage collector to pop despite 100%. Additionally, I never received the bio electric body from Butcher Boy Brady, preventing me from getting science experiment.
After patch, only queen of ocean was received. All other still shows 100%, but no rewards or trophies. Swam through all regions and used all fast travel points with no luck.
