I gave you guys over a month to fix the bugs so that my 100% completion would count for all the trophies.
A missing mutagen chest In the gulf and some save corrupting crashes broke my original play through.
I waited for two different hot fixes which did not fix the bugs or give credit for the missing trophies. Neither one really fixed all the issues. The game still crashes. But I found it quicker for me to play through the entire game and completed it again to 100% to get the missing trophies.
