Reproducibility: Always present - Have since finished all quests, evolved again and finished the story.
Summary: Sapphire Bay lighthouse license plate.
Description: This was during Sapphire Bay missions.
Climbed the walkway towards the lighthouse with low health.
Just reached the license plate and grabbed it before I started suffocating.
Tried to make my way down the side of the east cliff to get back into water.
Died from suffocation, part way down the cliff, before reaching the water.
Respawned and noticed the map still shows the icon for the license plate. Collectible number and progress had not updated.
Went back to see if I could collect it again. Sonar still shows the highlight beam but there is no license plate to collect.
Online/Offline: N/A but patch 1.03 was installed at the time.
I can't seem to attach screenshots/photos. If there is a PS account I can send them through to, then I can do so.
