PS4 Queen Of The Ocean/Platinum trophy Bug

I had everything 100% done (except gulf as beating pete is what 100%'s it) before doing the final battle. Ive gotton all landmakrs, upgraded all parts, opened all gates, got all cashes and licence plates. Everything is 100% but after beating pete it says story is at 99% and i didnt get the trophy.

Having the exact same problem here too. I have no idea what's going on and when I looked at the thread of known issues. I didn't see others complaining about this either. Gates, plates, landmarks. None of it was glitched but I'm also at 99%

Yup exactly the same for me on Xbox, final Achievement 'Queen of the Ocean' wont pop despite everything being at 100% with Defeating Scaley Pete for the final time being the only thing left to do and once back in the game....no achievement
