Console PS4 player wanting to play on PS5. Please help!

Hi, I recently got a PS5, and after signing up for PS+, I reinstalled KF2 on there. Upon loading up the game, all my classes are reset to level 0.

I have played for many, many hours on PS4 and would like to know if it's possible to load my progress on the PS5, from the PS4? The strange thing is, my inventory is all there (character skins, weapon skins) but my class levels are completely reset.

Can anyone help? Thank you so much!
