PS4 No Queen of the Deep or Platinum bug

Had every area of the map 100% with the last storyline mission in the Gulf. Defeated Salty Pete and trophy’s started popping while what I assume the end cut scene was loading. Before cut scene played game crashed. I now have “completed” the game with all trophies save for the platinum and 100% complete all areas trophy. How can I have a trophy for each area 100% complete but not the every area complete trophy. Must be a glitch.

Same issue happend to me. Killed the last boss and before the cutscene the game crashed. Didn't get the tropy for killing the boss.
