PS4 lag and FPS drops

I've noticed when playing the game in a lot of areas it lags really bad making it nearly unplayable especially in the area with the apex mako shark. I've also noticed FPS drops when there's a lot going on screen which is an issue, please fix the lag and FPS drops for ps4. I'm on PS4 pro

I've had a number of massive frame rate drops at various moments in game, from fighting hunters, to just speeding through the water, to entering crowded areas, to fighting under water, doesn't happen every time i do any of these things but often enough that it's become an eye sore. i also noticed that the graphics get pixelated when it happens, I play on the PS4 Slim
