Lower left liscense plate in Fatwic Bayou has spawned 3 meters underground (confirmed it's supposed to be above ground), cannot be reached and does not correct on reset.

Experiencing similar issue with the lowest Landmark in Dead Horse Lake.

Suggesting periodic check that active objectives are in their correct position.
