Hi guys.
I want to create map but i dont have skills.
mAP.jpg

Yellow fields are buildings to be capture.
Red one is russians spawn and germans spawn need to be set.
Grey thing are bridges like in danzig map.
Building with blue is last builiding to defend by axis. In basment should be plane for tank(tiger- cant cross bridge) and only gun should be visible. You may also get to the roofwith sniper.
Russian should have 2 x T-34.(Year 44).
Many windows and building can be damage.

I hope you like my idea. Maybe you will use some of this.

Why not learn to make it yourself rather than plopping a badly drawn map on here and hoping someone will pick it up?

Thanks Trendkill, for saying what I would.
If I tell someone to learn the tools or do it themselves, people get pissed.

Good question, Kaster.

This Thread should answer almost all of your questions on how to get started mapping.

Remember, it's free to learn:

Don't forget: Register at 3dBuzz.com and watch the 10 Unreal Tech videos at 3dBuzz.com and the Terrain videos.

Really, anyone who has been playing RO for more than, say, 6 months, should at least watch the first video.

You'll see things in / about RO you really hadn't noticed before.

It'll give you an understanding of the game's structure and how it is put together.

I would say, unless you know a Mapper who is a really good pal of yours, or unless the Map you are hoping for is an important battle (the more important, the better the chances are) from WWII, the chances are pretty much likely nil that someone will just take your idea and map it for you.

There's no harm in asking like you did: because if you don't ask, you don't get.

But because making a map takes some time, and people's spare time is limited, the chances of someone creating a map based on your map idea is minimal, at best.

...and the player rolled the dice!
