Tripwire could you please implement the proper pouches for the MKB42, the pounches in the game at the moment are MP44 pouches not MKB42 pouches.

Here are the MKB42 pouches

Thats a good suggestion!

However, MKB's should not be in the game....

AT ALL!!!!!

I am not going to deny that, but i can live with it.

I also recommend some variations for German helmets as well, which were around in 1942 43.

The first is wire which was used on german helmets, not all soldiers should have this, but a few would.

Secondly, camo covers (although not issued to everyone)

And thirdly, helmet straps(which were used for a variety of reasons, although not used by everyone in a squad)

eh its a stretch but its not completely unrealistic as it is unlikely. also how are you suppose to balance the weapons if one side doesn't have any weapons to match the other its a multiplayer video game. i think people forget multplayer video game (that attempts to be historically accurate.), not real life simulator.

also yea if they put in a weapon they should do it right however it could be a place holder till they put the finishing touches on the new one. those screenshots are pretty old.

Since I assume at this stage of the gun's life it was still 'experimental', I just have to wonder if magazine pouches had been made for it yet.

I know in Vietnam we didn't have pouches for the 30 round M16 magazines when they first appeared. Some used canteen holders to tote them around. I have some pics around here somewhere. If I can find them I'll scan them.

*sigh*

It's called asymmetrical balance, You do not need to give people symmetrical and equal weapons as long as you provide them with some other form of balance, be it better ticket numbers or a tactical advantage in the maps.

you don't need balance in a game like this, period. "balancing" mechanisms come from the assumption that gamers are all idiots who don't know how to think on their feet or understand the capabilities and limits of their weapons.

thank the average game consumer and player for reinforcing that stereotype.
